Buying graded Pokémon cards in AustraliaA graded card has been authenticated, given a condition grade from 1 to 10 and sealed in a tamper-evident case by a grading company such as PSA. A PSA 10 (Gem Mint) is as close to perfect as the grader allows; a PSA 9 (Mint) may have one minor flaw.
